Exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers, and it covers every product offered in our store in line with the stated terms and conditions. A product can be returned or exchanged if it is in the same original condition as at purchase and sealed in its original packaging.

Exchange and return requests are approved within 3 business days. Once your request is approved, our courier reaches you within 3 to 5 business days.

Send a message on WhatsApp to the number shown on your shipping label, or reach us through our Contact Us page to submit your return or exchange request.

Please photograph the product and send it to us along with your city, address, and order number. If the product is spoiled, defective, or does not work as agreed, we will replace it with another item.

The full amount is refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on its page on our website. We are not responsible for any uses or expectations of the products on the customer's part that were not stated on the product page.

You can pay online through the website, or pay cash on delivery — paying the courier directly when your order arrives.

After your order is confirmed, our courier delivers it to the address you provided, and you'll be contacted to confirm the delivery time.
